How long will my order take to ship?

For custom and made to order orders please allow 7 to 14 days for the product to be made and shipped out. We will ship with priority shipping. You will receive an email once your items are shipped and tracking information will be provided.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been fulfilled, you may cancel within 24 hours of ordering. Please contact us at 40acrefamily@gmail.com within 24 hours of ordering. As long as the order has not shipped, you can cancel or change the order. Please include order number and item you would like to cancel/change in your email. 

 

What is the refund/exchange policy? 

All sales are final / we do not offer refunds. Please make sure you have reviewed your order prior to ordering and purchasing from www.shop40acre.com. In the event you receive a damaged item, a replacement will be issued in lieu of a refund. 

 

What happens if you receive damaged product? 

We will send out a new item within 14 days from the day you receive the order. Please include pictures and your order number in your request. Email us directly at 40acrefamily@gmail.com.

 

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not shipped you may email us at 40acrefamily@gmail.com to change your shipping address. 

If a wrong address is entered, 40 Acre Candle and Gift Co. is not responsible for orders being delivered to wrong addresses and a refund will not be provided. Please confirm all information before purchasing.

Lost / Stolen packages. Unfortunately, once a package is marked delivered, 40 Acre Candle & Gift Co. is not responsible for the order after that point. Email us if your package is lost and we will open a lost package inquire with the shipping service.
